Published Oct 20, 2026 by Agent Money List. Every figure comes from the sources listed below or from our data. “est.” marks our estimates; “not verified” marks founder claims.

This is the second-highest earner on Agent Money List, and the founder doesn't publish the product's name. TrustMRR lists it as "Unnamed Company", run by a founder called Soner in Türkiye. It shows $28,422 in MRR on Oct 16, 2026, verified through a RevenueCat API key. TrustMRR lists the team size as 1 person.

It's here because it's the purest "one person plus software" story on the list. Because it's anonymous, this teardown is shorter on specifics and says so wherever we don't know something.

What it sells and to whom

From the TrustMRR listing (the founder's own words):

  • The product: "AI based SaaS that helps e-commerce businesses automate and accelerate repetitive parts of their daily content and operational workflows."
  • The problem: it "replaces time-consuming and expensive manual workflows with AI, allowing e-commerce businesses to complete recurring daily tasks significantly faster and at lower cost."
  • Who pays: "E-commerce businesses, online sellers, digital brands, agencies, and professiona[ls]" (truncated on the listing).
  • Pricing: "Recurring subscriptions from $12.99/week, with monthly plans up to $159.99 and additional one-time usage packages up to $339.99."

TrustMRR files it under Mobile Apps, and its revenue is verified through RevenueCat. RevenueCat describes itself as a service that powers "in-app purchases" for apps "across iOS, Android, and the web". So it's likely sold at least partly as an app subscription. The listing doesn't name the platform, so treat that as our reading, not a fact.

How the agents run it (what's automated)

The listing doesn't describe the internals. Here is what we can say:

  • The customer-facing work is done by AI. The product exists to do recurring content and operations tasks for sellers, so the value is delivered by software each time a user runs it.
  • Billing is automated through app-store-style subscriptions and one-time usage packs (RevenueCat verification, weekly and monthly plans).
  • One person runs it, so support, product changes and marketing all fit into one founder's week alongside the automated delivery.

Agent Money List rates it nearly autonomous (our estimate): a self-serve product where AI delivers the value, and the founder handles growth, support and edge cases.

What still needs a human

  • Product decisions and upkeep. The founder calls it "a professional work tool". Keeping a daily work tool reliable is ongoing work.
  • Retention. The founder notes "daily churn is ~3–5%", alongside "strong recurring usage" and customers "often spending 2–3 hours per day on the platform". We're quoting the churn figure as written. With churn described that way, someone has to keep winning new subscribers.
  • Acquisition. The channels aren't stated (entries.json: "unknown").

Tools/stack

TrustMRR lists only "Backend" and "RevenueCat". Nothing else is public, so we don't guess.

Numbers

  • Verified MRR: $28,422 (TrustMRR via RevenueCat, last updated Oct 16, 2026; from entries.json). The same snapshot shows $31,277 for the last 30 days, $529,173 all-time and 573 active subscriptions.
  • Latest page check (Oct 20, 2026): the TrustMRR page now shows MRR $26,966, 551 active subscriptions, $31,204 for the last 30 days and $533,121 all-time.
  • Founded: February 2025. Funding: bootstrapped. Team: 1 person (all TrustMRR).
  • Pricing: from $12.99/week; monthly plans up to $159.99; one-time packs up to $339.99.
  • Our estimates for a copycat: about $134 to start and about $25/month to run (entries.json, labelled est.).

How you could build a version of this hands-off

The lesson isn't the exact product (we can't see it). It's the shape: a daily-use AI work tool for one type of seller, billed weekly or monthly, run by one person.

  1. Pick a repeated seller task. Pick something an e-commerce operator does every day or every week by hand, with a clear input and output, such as product listing copy, photo variations or marketplace descriptions. Talk to sellers first. We don't know which task this founder picked.
  2. Make one button do the whole job. The fewer steps a user takes per run, the more the AI is "the business" and the less you do.
  3. Use usage-based pricing alongside subscriptions. Copy the structure, not the numbers: a low-friction weekly plan, a higher monthly tier and one-time usage packs for heavy users. Your model costs scale with usage, so your prices should too.
  4. Let a billing tool run subscriptions. RevenueCat (apps) or Stripe Billing (web) handles renewals, failed payments and receipts so you don't.
  5. Plan for churn from day one. The founder reports high churn, so build automated onboarding emails, in-app tips and win-back offers. Those are the hands-off parts of retention.
  6. Keep yourself for edge cases. Budget your own time for support tickets and model quality checks, and automate the rest.
